Phil joined the team of Chapman and Cardwell Capital Management as a provider of wealth management, investment planning, retirement income planning and retirement plan consulting. Phil is the vice president for Chapman and Cardwell Capital Management. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations as well as earning his AWMA® (Accredited Wealth Management Advisor ^SM) designation through the College for Financial Planning. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Phil spent over 15 years in business administration, first as a marketing specialist with an S&P 500 company, then as a business owner.

Phil graduated from Bryant College (now Bryant University) in 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with a concentration in finance. He is a director of Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation and is the chairman of the Plymouth Harbor Committee. Through his volunteerism, Phil has been a part of building Plymouth’s future, including a new state boat ramp, Plymouth’s newest commercial wharf, dredging Plymouth Harbor, building Plymouth’s first parking structure and Plymouth’s Maritime Facility. A lifelong resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts, Phil enjoys coaching lacrosse and countless activities with his three young children, Zack, Isabella and Charlotte.
